In major countries across the world, Credit/Debit Cards are accepted at McDonalds’ stores. But, not in India!!!!
In early 2011, 3 new items were added to India’s McDonalds’ Menu range.
With the introduction of the new items the average bill at a Indian McDonald store has gone up from Rs200/- to Rs500/-
Still, McDonalds’ Indian stores are not accepting Credit/Debit Cards to settle the bills.
Why are McDonalds’ Indian stores not accepting Credit/Debit Cards?
By now, all the regulars at the stores might have tasted the new items, and also observed that their average bill has gone up. 95% of McDonalds India customers have Credit/Debit Cards and their majority should be glad to settle their bill via Credit/Debit Cards.
